Thank you for your purchase. We appreciate your business and want you to be fully satisfied with your order. However, we have a strict non-refund policy for orders received more than 24 hours ago.

Once an order has been placed and received by the customer, we cannot offer a refund for any reason. This includes but is not limited to:

Change of mind or cancellation of the order Dissatisfaction with the product or service Damage to the product during shipping or handling Loss of the product during shipping or handling By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We offer shipping within the United States  by lbs $6  for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are eligible for free standard shipping.

Please note that orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3-5  business days for delivery, depending on your location.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss options and pricing. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be incurred for international orders.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within X days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
